About two years ago, a good friend was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. With support from family and friends she was able to live independently for a while, but her condition progressed quickly and she now lives in a sheltered home.

I'm raising funds for her, and for other friends and family living with Parkinson’s or the effects of a stroke. I’m also collecting for the young people and adults I know who are dealing with severe concussion or struggling with their mental health.
